We were on vacation on thanks giving long weekend, and our breaks wore out. The shop was closed, but the owner was working inside. The service Sergei provides far surpasses any other mechanical services I have received in the past. I brought my old beaten up car into him in the fall due to an unknown noise issue and he walked me through step by step what he would do to try and resolve the noise issue. Through different fixes he was able to properly diagnose my vehicle and recognize the root cause of the noise issue. Sergei included me throughout this process ensuring I was okay with and understood every fix he did and even provided me with options for less expensive alternatives, as he knew I was on a tight budget. Due to the trustworthy service I have been provided by Sergei I highly recommend him and will continue to have him service my vehicles.

Best service and prices I have found in Calgary; very friendly staff. My truck had a clutch replacement and they did an excellent job. They clarified every question I had, and Serghei (manager), had no problem staying after business hours because I couldn’t make it on time to pick up my truck. They are not pushy like the Toyota dealers who willl try to add unnecessary work; but will definitely let you know if there was an issue found while working on your vehicle so you can decide. I have no problem recommending this shop to anyone who wants to have work done to their vehicle

At a different shop I was quoted $700 for a part with no guarantee that it would fix the issue with my car. I immediately went to this shop where Sergey, the owner, assured me personally that he could help me out guaranteed. After he looked over my car, he was able to fix the issue at a fraction of the cost (1/6th), talking to me on the phone personally when possible. Vicki on the phone and Sergey are both very courteous and customer focused. Finally giving auto shops a good name. I am going here again next time I need some help and have already referred friends and family!
